The trial of Anthony Sowell has been delayed for the fourth time and will now begin on June 6 (a Monday) in Cleveland. This is again at the request of the defense, which says it needs more time to examine records and video footage. Sowell, who faces the death penalty, has pleaded not guilty to killing 11 women, whose remains were found on his property. Ohio, by the way, was second only to Texas in executions in 2010.
